Refund Policy

Composite Decking Supply UK generally can't accept returns as stated on your invoice however we may be able to arrange some returns based on the following.

Stock to be returned must be in the same condition it was delivered in, wrapped and on any pallets to keep safe during transit.  Photographs of their condition ready to be transported back to us must be sent to info@compositedeckingsupplyuk.com

There is a 15% restocking fee and if we are able to collect this return on your behalf there will be a collection fee also.  A regular Millboard courier to try is Amber Couriers  www.ambercouriers.co.uk

We can only accept returns from 7:30am to 4pm weekdays and we cannot accept returns over the weekend due to no access.  The returns address is;

Once returned we will inspect the boards and any damaged items will be disposed of and won't be credited.
